I would provide you with all the information you would need to put together a business plan for the purpose of sending to investors to raise capital for a real estate project. I would need a digital and hard copy. I would send 2-3 professional business plans to use as a guide, then send you the information that I would like to cover and hopefully you would be able to use the 2-3 professional business plans as a guide, put my information into a similar structure and add your creativity to the project. The desired candidate would have experience with power point, graphics, charting and a creative side that would make my presentation jump off the screen/paper. If you have examples of similar investment plans/documents you have created, it would be a big help in helping me chose the best candidate.
