Voice Actors - repost 2

I need someone to make my computer game. I would prefer if you used Unreal Engine or UDK. I need graphics like this: [login to view URL] I need someone to make my game all the info is in the text file attached. This game will be a first person shooter game. Instead of guns you will use bow and arrows. More information in the text file attached. To complete this project you must be: Very Creative - I provide the game outline and the story line but you must design the maps Great Coder - This game will need nearly as much coding as Call of Duty, you must be very adapt with C++ and other programming skills Graphics Designer - The games graphics are key. You must be able to make the graphics as realistic as possible. You must also be able to design the weapons to my instruction and design the people and maps. Perfectionist - you must be able to look at the little things like when you shoot you move back a tiny bit. Experienced - Do not bid unless you know what i need and you are confident you can do it. If you have worked on other games PLEASE SAY SO! Cut Scene creation - In between each level there is a cut scene. I have described the cut scenes in the text file attached but you must be able to create them. Sub Titles - I have not been able to find voice actors thus far so you must put subtitle for what everyone says. User Interface - I need and Easy to use in game and out game menu. Class Creation User Interface- I need a create a class similar to Call of Duty If you bid on this project please remember that i will need ALOT of work from you and you must BE ONLINE ALOT. Please state in your bid the time it will take you to complete the game with MULTIPLAYER AS WELL!
