Google maps API, reading data

I need to get the name of the street, the city, the region and the country from a geographical coordinates. Using reverse geodification. Especially in this text it says: "this service is not designed to respond in real time to user input. For dynamic geocoding (for example, within a user interface element), consult the documentation for the Google Maps JavaScript API client geocoder and/or the Google Play services Location APIs." I have the doubt if I can use it, because my users when they access the web always get their geographic coordinates to know in which city is and will always use that API, is it in a dynamic way? Should I use Google Maps Javascript API? I do not need the maps at all I just need to get information (Json or xml) with data on these geographic coordinates.
