1. I need someone who will create me a Custom Google Map Zone Creator (See Attached Image) Panel. - After Creating a Zone I need to save it in DB so that I can see it in another Tab called "My Zones" as List - I can Edit the zone anytime if I want to *** No unique CSS framework is required, You can use simple raw HTML/CSS/JS 2. I also need to create an API url like "[login to view URL]" and get back a true false feedback and Zone Name. Example: Suppose I am in Zone A (See Attachment) then It will feedback "true" and "ZoneA", If I am out of the Zone, it will "false" and "OutOfTheZone". Json Data will be like: { 'inZone': true/false, 'zoneName':'zoneName/outOfTheZone' }

I already saw some people did a similar sorta program for openstreet. Therefore, I quite got the idea for what I have to do. Besides, my skills in HTML and JS will be more than enough to code this program if you just want to save zones in DB. I didnt totally get what do you want as a panel, which we can talk and also something I can provide depending on the complexity.
