Hi, This should be simple to fix. The most likely problem is tracking code incorrectly added to the site (or through tag manager). I have a lot of experience of troubleshooting Google Analytics; I've worked on a wide variety of sites, from advertising micro-sites to complex forms and large job boards. I've implemented analytics through hard coding it into sites and through Tag Manager, and used tools like debugger to check everything's working correctly.
