Need Coupon Submission to 400 Coupon Sites

I have some coupons that need to be submitted to 400 free coupon sites. I need somebody that's already doing this line of work. All links of the coupon code should be listed in a spread sheet so I can proof them. I will provide the code and the site description for the winner. Full details of each site submission are required. Winner must provide some kind of document detailing the URL, page rank for each submission. Payment will be released once project is completed and verified. At that point, I will transfer 100% of the agreed price to the selected bidder. Please provide me with the the list of coupon submission sites were you will be submitting. Note: I don't want link building or directory submission.
