writer wanted for 10 x short online study courses

I am looking for a writer who is willing to work on creating 10 individual e-courses on varying subjects within the same field. Each course will have 12 modules which will be 2000 words each. Each module will have 1 x A4 sheet of 10 exam questions which should require answers of no more than 75 words per question. In relation to research material, I can provide similar courses/books/PDF documents the successful bidder to research the subject and formulate the courses based on the research materials. I must stress that I do not wish someone to plagiarize the research materials, rather to understand them and create a broad foundation level course from them. I envision this project taking place 1 course at a time, creating payment miles stones to be released on receipt of each course. I am looking to find someone who can commit to delivering 1 course per week, though this is flexible. My budget for each course is £150 per course, however, the more competitive the bid, the better.
