red5-recorder with flv-speex functionality added

Greetings - Our company needs to take the red5-recorder: [login to view URL] and add the speex codec to it. the resulting audio-files should be in the flv-speex format. also, i would like to have the video recoding disabled, although i have been told this is a very easy step. according to the program author to disable the video recorder, "remove webcams inside the IDE and change some flex script."
