Flash project from JPG files I made

Hi, I made a rough design of how I'd like my website to look (using photoshop with layers etc) I'm looking for someone to create the site as a flash site. one side bar template with image rollovers. The site should also have a page that can play videos (I can upload them and hardcode them in, doesn't need to be dynamic uploads) There should also be an option for a non flash view of the site. I'd like it to be based on the design I made, but it can be altered to look cleaner and nicer etc. for example the film strip can be smaller neater etc.
