I am looking to work with someone personable who will actually understand the content we have on the current website and help it to be more effective, classy, and professional. The current site is [login to view URL] and the site my client likes is [login to view URL] It doesn't need to look Exactly like that site.. but have a similar feel. Also, I need to be able to make minor changes and I don't know Flash so I would like the site in CSS with the exception of the header/video clips.
