quick website make-over

I need a very quick makeover for a homepage for fermanaghconcertband dot com. You can change the logo, layout - anything in fact, I want something cheap and quick. In order to speed things up and keep the cost down, I'm prepared to do the inside pages using your ideas - so I just want a home page. I want something completely different, something fresh and any colour is fine as long as it looks sophisticated and somewhere on the page is a deep red or burgundy colour. That can just be a loose theme though, deep red is a strong colour and too much of it can be overwhelming. One thing I do need on the front page is a place where I can put news items. The page doesn't have to be that size nor do you have to use any of those photographs but as the location is county fermanagh in northern ireland, you may like to use some images of the county which you can get from Google. I'm also going to take the Google ad off so don't worry about that. Speed, price and fresh ideas are going to be the key to this bid and I will provide the winning bidder with more details later.
