Ecommerce website creation

hello everyone. im looking for someone to design me an e commerce web site with a shopping cart setup. you can use what ever software you want. as long as its simple enough for me to add/remove products,categories and alter prices etc. i have a generel layout of the site allready made up using "weebly" website maker, the only problem is the shopping cart they offer wont work all that well here in my country. if you would like to continue using my weebly account to finish it, your more than welcome as it supports HTML so if you know what our doing you can pretty much do what you want.. i am not looking for anything to fancy, just something thats modern, elegant and sleek.i dont have a big budget as im just starting out, so please bare that in mind when you bid. the website is for the car tuning world. i look forward to your bids. thanks
