I would like to build a website were people and business can use their webcam at their desk or home or office....and superimpose a backround of another place (real time) and other effects that the user would have access to. Also the user can apply to msn chat google chat and similar [login to view URL] Be able to store the video...or email.. Its available currently on a mac with leapord and photobooth....can this be done as a web application? automated ?
