I need ASAP 2 high quality flash banners for a Christian management/leadership training institute. The site will look like this: http://us.cfan.org. I particularly like the sharpness and richness of appearance of the flash banners on the site. The new site will have the same background and layout so I need the banner to fit just as that. The banner should portray the look of a corporate management training outfit and to include the words: "training leaders to adapt to a changing world" My budget is $50-$100 - I'm looking to develop a consistent working relationship with a talented designer as I have many jobs on the line.
