Bloomberg, Refinitiv Terminal - Public Equity Transactions Documents

I'm looking for help with obtaining, particularly from bloomberg/refinitiv terminals, a data, possibly a documents, that are based on largest individual and institutitonal shareholders' transactions with publicly traded stocks. I would need to reach out to main decision makers in charge for held publicly traded stocks and I need your help with contact information so I can use it to get in touch with them. Ideally, you would find some document related to equity/stocks, etc., either so called filling document or whatever type of stocks (shares) transaction document, or even just a data without the document, that would include the name of the shareholder, name of owned stocks (equity), name of partner (if shareholder is institution) who is in charge as the main decision maker for particular held stocks, name of representative (if shareholder is individual - whoever is communicating on his/her behalf), and direct phone number with country code. No receptionists/switchboard or anything like this. Strictly direct phone numbers. I already tried phone databases like Zoom, Lusha, Etc. but they are not helpful. Needed data is not their so research needs to be done for actual documentation from asset, fund, investment, wealth management firms, hedge, pension, mutual funds, etc and many more. Example: I tell you the name of individual or institutional shareholder and the name of company they are partially owning (name of held stocks with stock ticker id) and would would give me the name of decision maker (if institutional shareholder) or the name of representative (if individual shareholder) and for sure valid, direct phone number, directly from the documents (fillings documentations, equity documentations, etc.) or from wherever you can get it. Publicly traded stocks that are exclusive on USA stock exchanges are ignored. I will never ask for those but surely I will ask for USA individual and institutional shareholders too. Particularly European ones.
