Regulatory Bank Auditor

Link Technologies is currently seeking Auditors for a client headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. These will be several month contract positions working onsite in the Las Vegas office. As an Auditor, you will be assisting with the review of financial transactions and testing controls to ensure the organization is compliant with regulatory standards. QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience conducting audits of financial information and transactions • Auditing experience in one or more of the following areas required: Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), ECOA (Reg. B), Right to Financial Privacy, Issue Management, Bank Protection Act, or collections • Experience performing transactional and controls testing • Knowledge of banking and financial industry regulations strongly preferred • Accounting background and/or CPA license a plus • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel • Exceptional attention to detail is required for this role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Contributing to the organization’s efforts for underway audits • Gathering and compiling information related to financial transactions and controls • Testing compiled transactions and controls against federal regulatory standards • Assisting with audit efforts by preparing necessary documentation • Ensuring the organization is in compliance with required standards • Identifying areas that do not meet standards and notifying applicable team members • Utilizing knowledge of financial and regulatory standards to carry out all duties Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
