Figure out how a verification token is created

I am trying to automate some file downloads which I am provided download links for but they require a verification token that is somehow specific. I can manually download the files by clicking an export button and after the download I can copy the download link but it only works in that browser. If I try it in another browser I get an error saying I don't have access; this same thing happens when I try to access the download link directly through Excel VBA. What I need is someone who can figure out how to generate these tokens so that I can generate a working token to be used in coding through Excel VBA and Python. When I'm on the page with the download button if I hit F12 and go to the networking tab and then press the download button I am able to compare in 2 different installations of Firefox that the 2 differing items is the 'RequestVerificationToken' and the 'Cookie'. The token is also part of the direct download link. I won't give you direct access to log in to my account, if you need more information then we can teamview or something similar.
