Data entry & virtual assistant for an ongoing project in TX

We are looking to better systemize our day to day operations and grow this position to be most efficient alongside our growth. We plan to add one job/task at a time to ensure all processes are running smoothly before adding another job/task on your plate. The tasks could be any of the following and potentially others: * Preparing brochures and other literature for mailings * Updating the inventory list * Respond to incoming correspondence * Provide administrative support to Art Consultants * Coordinate all accounts payable and receivable updating daily cash flow using Microsoft Excel. * Filing, typing, and other administrative tasks * Revising sales materials including catalogs, price lists, brochures, etc. * Refer customers who have additional questions to the Art Consultants or other appropriate individual. * Social media and website updating * Use computer software to generate new images for creating advert content . * File management with the help of Google drive * Processing art, office and gift supplies online to customers, art handlers and procurement agents * Sending/Responding to Emails * Answering/Making Phone Calls * Sales * Sending Communications via Text * Booking Appointments via email and/or phone * Running Payments * Tracking and Logging Key Performance Indicators An ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, friendly, optimistic, a problem solver, and motivated.
