The database should be structured so that it is possible to compare muncipality results with each other and for historical comparison with the municipalitys own results. It should also be possible to look at the average over time and the average of all municipalities and groups of municipalities (municipalities in a county). You should be able to get lists and graphs of the ranking of the municipalitys in different questions and group of questions. There must be a good looking interface that shows the information of the database I both text and numbers and I graphical form. The result can be shown In excel or in access. You have to be able to consult me on what I need for a good representation and report! The Swedish letters å, ä, ö must be included with the database so the questions is shown in the right way (with å,ä,ö). [login to view URL] includes all the municipalities and the counties to which they belong. This information is important to the database so that it is possible to search and compare against average in the counties and so on to find out how the municipality is ranked within each county. Oversikt-NRI ... Oversikt-NMI ... Oversikt-NII ... xls contains the results of a survey that is made of the citizens of Sweden's municipalities. You find more information in the enclosed pdf file.
