Help me write job description and duties performed by a software developer.

I'm trying to find someone who can help me with writing a job description/duties for the position of a software developer. it will be used for applying for a work VISA in the USA (h1b) explaining how the role of a software developer is complex and is a speciality occupation and requires a bachelors degree or higher. I tried to explain them in my own words during the application and they were not satisfied with it. so I want someone who is also a software developer who can explain it better than I did. example of my writing and how I explained it : As a software developer, the job duties include analyzing the requirements to develop a webpage, which is done during beginning of every 2 weeks (agile sprint period) and also before beginning the development of any features added to the web page. This involves around 10% of the time performing the duties as an UI developer. This involves software requirement gathering skills which is taught during various phases during a Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and other academic activities such as projects involving any software development. The next part of the job duty is to develop the website which involves proficiency in HTML, CSS ....... what they responded with : The duties as described do not establish the depth, complexity, level of specialization, or substantive aspects of the duties for which the beneficiary would be responsible. You described the duties of the proffered position in relatively generalized and abstract terms that do not relate substantial details about either the position or its constituent duties. For example, the duties do not provide details regarding the beneficiary's specific role in the duties to be "Develop Unit and Functional Test cases for the web applications and "Participate in daily Scrum meetings with the team to meet the deadline and expectations." You did not further elaborate on the specific tasks, methodologies and applications of knowledge that would be required in furtherance of these overarching duties. Terms such as "Participate," "Develop," and "Collect" provide little insight into the beneficiary's specific role within these tasks, This type of generalized description may be appropriate when defining the range of duties that may be performed within an occupational category, but it does not adequately convey the substantive work that the beneficiary will perform. Without a meaningful job description, what they want : • Explain the actual duties the beneficiary will perform; • Indicate the percentage of time devoted to each duty; • State the education, experience, training, and special skills required to perform these duties; and • Explain how the educational requirements relate to the position. I will attach the whole document I wrote and you can use that to understand more about my position and re-write/start from scratch in a way that follows that they want, adding more specifics on what a software developer does everyday so it would help if you are a software developer as well because most of us do the same job anyway ( I'm currently working on a project for [login to view URL] so you can imagine what I do)
