program to manage ebooks: error

I have a program in this site [login to view URL] to manage ebooks in three different template: the default-button-book model nn example for book model: [login to view URL] some book model doesnt work, it compares this error: 'Connection ERROR : Host '[login to view URL]' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'' or just this: <{title_begin}>{{ebook_title}}<{title_end}> so they are not visible.
