Batch File Copy Script

I need a batch script that will duplicate several IIS6 sites on a win2k3 server. The script needs to be able to add additional sites and duplicate the existing structure as defined in the additional text file. The script should overwrite any existing files and not require any additional files other that what is included on a Win2K3 server with the Windows Resource Kit installed. I believe the server does have
