I am a full time passionate writer. I am currently ghost writing a romantic novel trilogy and a sci-fi thriller. I enjoy writing and have written a variety of pieces from self- help articles to educational e books. A sample of my writing: I could see Surghy walking among the graves as if striding amidst courtiers. He would stop and mumble at a marker or point at a grave. I was thinking Surghy was insane, totally gone at last. I was just about to climb down from the oak to go back to the dorm when I saw the grave shudder like somebody was digging out from inside it. Then the marker, which Surghy had whispered to, fell over. Oh God! It was true, Surghy was a necromancer. I wiped the sweat from my brow thinking how to get away from the graveyard. I tried to make no noise at all as I turned to climb down; my hands started shaking and I had to sit still where I was- Crap! I was too scared to move. The air was heavy with the scent of decay and rot, a grey dark mist was rising from the ground and the wind had stopped completely. The graveyard was silent but for the digging noises. I felt the cold on exposed my arms and feet before I heard the whisper “Living flesh..”. I held my breath and prayed that it was not me the dead wanted. I closed my eyes tight feeling terror grip my heart. “Please let me live God; I am sorry so sorry.” A cry escaped my mouth when I heard my name called out, “Nyylaaa” I leapt down from the tree propelled by fear; landing awkwardly I cried out as my ankle

As a Native English speaker, I have been working exclusively with writing and language for the past fifteen years, although I have written sporadically for most of my life. I would be happy to share samples of my writing, should you wish to read them as part of this hiring process.

I'm most experienced in writing tidbits of SciFi/Fantasy and I definitely bias more toward funny than serious, so fair warning there. Got most of my experience in writing and ideamongering from playing Pen&Paper RPGs with friends so I'm lacking in written examples unfortunately. I would say I'm more proficient in coming up with places and settings more so than deep characterization though... Off the cuff... Splouge's "Stop right there you traitor!" Mems knew the jig was up, but he was never one to give up so easily. "Splouge you know damn well we're doing this for Friend Computer. How can ANYTHING done in Friend Computers name be traitorous?" Splouge took a pause and pondered this. "You know Mems?" He said. "You're right. Friend Computer will surely understand..." And so Splouge and Mems donned their fur hats, cocked their autoguns, and opened fire on the crowded factory floor. Mems began to scream. "DOWN WITH FRIEND COMPUTER! DEATH TO THE TECHNO-BOURGEOIS." Splouge seriously doubted that Mems was in it for Friend Computer but at this point he was in too deep to notice. Then the Vulture squad arrived...
