As someone who has lost over 30 pounds in the past five years, I am always appreciative to see books and research being developed that discuss more than just the calorie counting and exercise of weight loss--it's so much more than that! I have a Master's Degree and PhD Studies in English with over a decade of experience providing exceptional editing services.
