487460 Prestashop template needed

I want to clone this site(it is a Prestashop site) [login to view URL] in form of template (with some minor modification may be). Most important is to have the horizontal quick cart at top right and left sidebar tabbed browse by category/brand module. Also you can take a look at following commercially available Prestashop template [login to view URL] You can modify this one as well instead of doing from scratch as it seems already have most of the things I'm looking for. Whatever you do I would go for cheapest solution. Let me know your bid.I will choose someone in 3 days.
