back end coder required for complex website similar to trip advisor - repost

I am looking for a very experienced developer to code the backend of a new website. The concept is essentially a review website with faceted search and google map integration. Not dissimmilar to trip advisor. We have a very well developed front end wireframe design which demonstrates exactly how the site is designed to function. Pls note that 1. Do not apply unless you have a degree in software design or computer engineering. and 2. At least 7-10 years LEAD DEVELOPER coding experience. This is a complex website requiring a coder or more likely a company who really know how to code brilliantly. In other words we are seeking to hire a top 5pc contractor with a quality portfolio and qualified testimonials. The site needs full time coder(s), and we will ideally be seeking a fixed turn key price to get beta version 1 completed . Its a full time job for 3- 6 months. Right now we need to first identify suitable well qualified candidates. We think given the nature of the site that Drupal would probably be the best platform but willing to consider others.
