Hi,
I am an experienced .net developer with RDLC report expertise.
17,000 pages of data in a report is an overkill for any system.
If it is mandatory to export all 17,000 pages in one single file, you should consider developing a different export mechanism instead of rdlc export option.
However, I recommend re-evaluating why all these pages need to be exported in a single file.
Let's connect to discuss further, I may have a better solution for your issue.
Thank you.

Hi,
I am an experienced ASP.NET developer and have worked on a project that uses RDLC for reports.
From your screenshots it appears that data query is returning duplicate rows, my solution would involve optimizing the data query (and possibly reduce number of records being returned) and fix any other remaining issues.
Looking forward to working with you in resolving this RDLC issue.
