Job Description We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to come onboard to lead and scale out our Marketing and PR Development Team. We are a startup with incredibly fast growth, only launching into the market 4 months ago and achieving a 4000+ community and over $600K in sales during this time. Under this role you can be expected to come onboard and fit with a team that works full time, 7 days a week and long hour days around the clock. We benchmark by performance metrics and results achieved. The right hire will actively lead and oversight: - Build out channels and hire across ghost writing, guest posting, and occasionally paid traffic for creating strategically targeted thought leadership (From the Founder's voice) and project orientated content pieces such as articles, publications, social media posts, memetics. We are requiring someone that thinks different and uses content to generate hype, audience development, active engagement. - Identify, source, and lead a nimble team of ghost content producers & undercover player / creator evangelists. - Scale the core in-house marketing and PR team by actively looking for, onboarding and interviewing candidates for other operative support and leadership roles that can directly impact the growth and performance of the project. - Prioritize action in balance with strategy i.e. someone that thinks different and is able to strategise grey hat techniques for more efficiently targeting the right communities for example organic meme marketing on core reddit communities. - Apply a blitzscale paced system for measurable growth across distribution channels on discord, twitch, reddit and scale organic marketing activity. - Build out strong relationships with key journalists, publishers for strengthening content distribution channels in Tier 1 publications. - Actively fielding requests and opportunities for the Founder to be featured in keynote speaking slots and interviews i.e. large influential clubhouse rooms, podcasts, youtube series etc. Payment will be discussed upon interview.
