Hi, i''m recommend you to change password settings for MySQL connection.... becouse with this data on screen anyone could connect to your MySQL server... It may couse data lose. On my Delphi XE10 with this settings i could connect.

Access your PC using Teamviewer and fix your database error. Maybe have to reinstall some drivers or clients to fix this problem.
