Hi there, Your requirement is pretty clear and of course doable. I've checked the Bullhorn site and as far as I can see they provide an API(Application Programming Interface). The app I'll create will get your data out of it and will output a csv or an excel file or some other format based on your requirement. I can start as soon as you award the project and deliver the application within 5 days at most. It looks like you're not experienced with programming languages but I'll use python to implement this. It'll be very easy to run. You'll provide the program an output file and it'll save your data(candidates and documents), the way you want. I'll also provide the instructions to run this. Thanks Aydin
