Email data collection for hotels

I am looking for somebody to collect worldwide hotel email addresses. I want the emails of independent hotels, not chain hotels. Preferably, I would like the name, email, telephone number and URL of as many hotels as possible outside England. Please apply if you have either the skills to build a web scraper, or are good at data collecting. We are looking for the details for as many hotels as possible, so please quote your price per 20,000 hotels.
