Macro for Sending Message to Members of Social Network Site

We are looking for a person to help us send out 8,000-10,000 messages in a member-based website. We believe that a semi-manual and semi-macro based solution will work best for this task. I have included some sample instructions here below. If the task is performed at expectations, more projects will follow. Please indicate if you have done similar projects in the past. Also, please provide your email address to receive more in-depth instructions. Sample instructions: • Select an industry group (this part is done manually) • (from here on the macro should take over) • Scroll down to the persons name • Copy the person’s full name • Switch over to the excel sheet and do a search for that person’s name. [CTRL+F] • If you don’t find this person in the excel sheet then we haven’t sent a message to him. • If he is not a double entry, proceed with sending the message, otherwise move to the next contact • Paste in his full name at the bottom of the excel sheet • Create a message . Copy the person’s first name into the message • Click on “send message” next to the person’s name • Copy in the subject line and the body of message including the person’s first name and send • Proceed to the next person
