I have a web site and I'd like a chat service on the web site. The chat service would go on from 7.00am Sydney time to 10pm Sydney time - so for 15 hours in a day each day for 5 days a week. This would be to explain how the web site works and to take any queries my customers / potential customers have and resolve them. I want my customers to have an extraordinary experience from my website.
I'd need someone with impeccable written English skills and reasonable spoken skills, great service orientation and the ability to grasp technology concepts easily so they understand what my website does and then be available to explain this to others who come to visit the website.
The chat facility has a rating system and my expectation is that the rating received remain 4 and above 99% of the time. If they do not, I will terminate the contract with the person / persons who I employ.
My level of tolerance for lack of service will be close to zero.
