We are seeking a US-based LONGTERM motivated VA to join us for part-time or full-time employment. Daily 1. Check, file and report sales data into a spreadsheet for about 100 products. Raise any ‘red flags’ by email. 2. Visit competitor products and report any changes 3. Update customer entries into our CRM 4. Data entry into mailing list (MailChimp) 5. Check for copyright infringement of our images 6. Check and file complaints on eBay Admin & Blogging 1. Maintain our follower's list on Instagram. Subscribe to relevant followers 2. Deadline Tracking 3. Basic Bookkeeping 4. Create Pinnable Images on Pinterest 5. Upload posts to social media sites Email Marketing 1. Adding and removing subscribers from lists 2. Editing and proof reading emails 3. Create email newsletters Requirement: - Excellent Word, Excel, Google docs and Google sheets skills - Excellent verbal/written English (US Audience) - Perform simple data entry tasks, - Excellent English Skills - Access to stable Internet capable of handling Skype video calls ABOUT YOU You are easy to work with, reliable, trustworthy and have excellent customer service. You’re available for a potentially long term contract/relationship. You’re highly experienced in VA tasks and social media management. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as perform VA tasks ranging for email management to lead gen.
