A company is seeking a dependable, outgoing and hard working individual to join our team as a Part-Time Admin Assistant. Responsibilities include (not limited to): * Greet clients and guests in a positive, polite and professional manner. * Photocopying, Sending and Receiving Facsimiles. * Word Processing (letters, resumes, legal documents, invoices, etc...) * Distribution of mail and packages. * Data Entry/Processing * Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus. Organization Skills: * Able to work within set deadlines and at the same time be able to adapt and handle change in work assignments well and readily. * Able to take directions, think ahead, ask questions and learn quickly. Communication Skills: * Great verbal and written communication skills. * Pleasant, outgoing, and courteous. * Enjoys interaction with people both on the phone and in person.
