Target market in three segments Business Leisure Family Points I'd like to know from statistics and surveys from each area include... How people book accom? And %. What do they look for in a hotel/resort/accom? What are the most important things they consider when booking accom? Are photos on websites important? How much of a role do they play in their decision on where to stay? Would they use social media to talk about the property they stayed at? How many travellers use TripAdvisor? Are travellers loyal to brands? What facilities are important when choosing accom? What is the most popular facility/factor in booking accom? Is the availabilty of fitness and spa facilities important? % of travellers in South Australia for business % of travellers in South Australia for lesiure Where are these travellers from? What is their ideal accom/wish list? Did the perception of the hotel compare to what they found in reality? Is there anything missing, that travellers would like to see in accom?
