Transcribe Spreadsheet with Data from PDF File - repost

We are looking to hire a freelancer to transcribe data from a PDF into a spreadsheet. There are 1,162 pages in the PDF and are roughly 100,000 total data rows. Please follow these instructions: 1. There are multiple columns in the source document, but we are only wanting the first 4 columns transcribed at this time: NUMBER, DATE RECEIVED, DATE SOLD, and GRADE (also titled SOLD BY). 2. Field 1 (NUMBER): Please enter the full number in sequence without commas. Many pages start with the full number and then are followed by abbreviated digits. (10421 followed by a 2 on the next row should be transcribed as 10421 and 10422). Occasionally, these will be out of order, or will have extra numbers prepended to them (see my first page example). 2. Fields 2 and 3 (DATE RECEIVED and DATE SOLD): Please enter these as text fields using a hyphen format. In some places, the dates are written with slashes or other formats. For example, if the date is recorded as “Jan 13, ’94”), please transcribe it as 1-13-94. Basically, normalize the format. 3. Field 4 (GRADE or SOLD BY): This will usually be a 3-digit number, and sometimes will be followed by a letter. On the later pages, the GRADE column is actually titled SOLD BY. However, these are the same. If there is extra information in the cell following the grade number, please enter that in the EXTRA column. For example, if the GRADE is listed as “#936 = 17J OF”, please enter “936” in the GRADE column and “17J OF” in the EXTRA column (This occurs less frequently after the early pages). On some of the later pages, the GRADE and SOLD BY columns do not exist. These pages have the GRADE number at the very top. (See page #1069 of the PDF - “#925” at the top indicates the grade number for all the rows on that page). 4. If the field has quotes or is blank, please use the previous row’s value. If the value is scratched out, use the corrected replacement. If you would like to bid, send us a link to a sample file for evaluation.
