I am in need of an administrative assistant to help me with various tasks. Specifically, I need someone who can type up proposals and letters, manage my emails and schedule appointments. We are a fire alarm company based in NYC
I prefer to use Microsoft Excel and Word for managing tasks, but I am open to suggestions if you have experience with other software or tools. Attached is an excel spreadsheet with highlighted numbers that will be line items, i will forward what we need processed
I anticipate needing assistance for more than 20 hours per week, so I am looking for someone who can commit to that amount of time. Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative work, excellent typing and communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
