fix/create multilevel menu using CSS only - Cross browser issues plus additional issues

1) On mouse ove on the top level navigation, i see the sub level navigation changing. In IE this is overlapping each other in IE 7,8 2) In Marquee i need the few text as links and on mouse over it should stop scrolling - using js if required. 3) In IE the news items are appearing 6 nos instead of two. I cant see the left and right arrow scroller in IE 7 use different jQuery content slider if required - [login to view URL] 4) can you put a "More Galleries >" link just below "Makeover Mantra" under "Whatz on Suvarna today!" section 5) Also a "Read More News >" link below the two news articles in news widget. Just far left hand side to arrows. Link color should be purple Max budget $5
