I need the following minor Liferay portal adjustments:
-Removal of the "powered by liferay" phrase and replacing it with my copyright and contact info in form of a fixed footer (that doesn't move when scrolling the page).
-RTL adjustment of the navigation bar in the arabic translation of the website.
-Creation of a bar at the top of the page with language selection, login, and registration buttons (like this: [login to view URL])
