Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Simple Ampscript Loop help

I have an email created, however, I am having issue looping information from the DE into the email. I have 4 sections and each section will be pulling the information from the DE on each row per section. I can provide all the information and jump on a zoom. I need this done more sooner than later and will be reaching out to other freelancers.
