Configure & Customize vTiger

We have integrated vTiger with our Vicidial servers and are providing a hosted call center solution for micro-sized (i.e. insurance agents, mortgage brokers, etc.) and small companies. Our customers use our services primarily for cold call telemarketing to locate new prospective customers. (ADDITIONAL DETAILS IN THE ATTACHED WORD FILE) We need to do the following with our vTiger installation: 1. TEAM MANAGEMENT: We have 4 types of users. Each type needs a custom-designed Role, Profile, Group, Sharing Access & Fields. The User Types are: (a) Agent (b) Account Executive, (c) Sales Manager, (d) Company Staff, (e) Company Admin (f) Client. Following is a description of each User Type: a. AGENTS work for us to locate Client Leads for our company (i.e. they find new customer prospects). They also must enter the Leads into vTiger, assign each Lead to an Account Executive and send email templates to the Leads and the Account Execs. We must also be able to assign one or multiple Agents to a Client when the Client wishes to use our Agents to make calls on their behalf through the Hosted Call Center. (See description of Staffed Call Center on our website: [login to view URL]) In such case, the Client must be able to view the Agent's activity in the same way a Sales Manager will manage their team, and Agents must be able to assign Leads to Clients. b. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES take the Leads assigned to them and convert them into Clients, using all the vTiger tools for tracking Leads, converting to Contacts, creating Opportunities, sending Emails, using email templates, etc. c. SALES MANAGER: We need to be able to assign Account Executives to a Sales Manager. The possibility exists that we may eventually have multiple Sales Managers, each of whom manages multiple Account Execs, plus a Sales Director who supervises the Sales Managers. The Sales Manager(s) and/or Sales Director must be able to monitor and/or edit all activity, calendars, emails, contacts, Lead Status, create reports, etc. for their Account Execs. The Sales Director must likewise be able to do the same for Sales Managers plus the Sales Managers' Account Executives. d. COMPANY STAFF: As the company grows we'll need to add staff. Staffers must also have access to the CRM to manage and work with emails, Vendors, communication with Account Execs and other internal communications. They will also (from time to time) communicate with Sales Executives, Managers and others and must keep records of their contacts. e. COMPANY ADMIN: The Company Admin must, of course, be able to manage all users, Leads, Contacts, Organizations, and all aspects of the CRM. f. CLIENTS are our paying customers. We must provide for an unlimited number of Client Users. Clients must have access to all aspects of vTiger. One Client must not be able to see any data from other Client. Most Clients will be single-user accounts. Some Clients will have a multi-user account under which they must have full team management privileges as described above.
