Only indian writer needed.

I want a full time writer who can handle at least 2500 to 3000 words daily. He must be online 6 hrs daily. My rate is Rs 10 per 100 words, my rate is fixed it will not increase. Payment will be made in 2nd day via bank transfer, so i want indian writer only, i dont want any writer whose rate is high, whose rate is more than Rs 10 per 100 words.
