Rewrite Ebook - Alternative Car Fuel - Installation

Hello and Thank You for Your Interest in our project. I am looking for experienced ebook editor/writer with excellent skills and proven track record to award my next project to. ( and than some J ) I need 50 - 100 page ebook on converting vehicles to burn alternative fuels. In specific "hho gas as fuel" ( water fuel cell, water as fuel ). Use Ebook provided by me (131 pages with many illustrations, Words ~ 27K)to create a simpler shorter version ( I don’t care if you can put all the info in 50 pages as long all the installation instructions are complete and accurate) - rewrite as much of the text as possible while retaining its meaning.
