Wind Turbine Warranty Whitepaper

Topic or description of whitepaper: We need a 4+ page report that discusses the importance of choosing a wind turbine company that truly stands behind their warranties. As the writer, you have creative control on the general focus and shape of the report, but at a minimum the following points should be covered: • All wind turbines eventually break (do research to find the % of wind turbines that have problems within the first 5 years of service) • Ideally the manufacturer should create a cash reserve ($) for warranties; as a percentage of sales, put aside to pay for future warranties • Warranties don't mean much when the company issuing them goes bankrupt • Choose a company that plans ahead on warranties o Keeps a percentage of their sales in 'reserve' and in liquid/cash form to use in case of warranty claims Timeframe for delivery: Upon project acceptance, we expect an outline of the report within the first 3 days. Once the outline has been approved, we will require the full report within a week. Format: The report should be delivered in Word format, Arial font, 12pt, single-spaced with margins at 2.54 cm top, bottom, left and right. Graphics: If you include any pertinent graphics in this report, all images must be your own original work, 100% royalty free or you must get written permission from the owner for use of the image. Any graphics/images should increase the total number of pages of the report beyond the minimum 4 pages of text. Legal: All work done will be 100% your original work, there will be no copyright infringement issues. All references to published materials will be properly footnoted. We will own full copyright authorities of the completed report. I also have the right to give, or not to give, you credit as author or co-author of the report. The acceptance of your bid binds you to the terms listed. You may not use any part of this report, nor can it be recycled work from a previous project of yours.
