It's redundant, it does not include a call to action, and there's not really any substantial information that demonstrates why you're different and why they should choose you. I can help. I have a Master's Degree in English (native English speaker -- AU English is no problem) with over a decade of experience helping companies with their website. The scope of the work in your project description is not entirely clear -- do you need the entire site reworked or just the landing page?
