Please read the assignment uploaded carefully and apply the agreement to the contract precedent uploaded. In order to get an A in this assignment , the teacher asked me to remove or add more things to the contract that is related to the case and Canadian BC Law. When you add clauses , please highlight them so I know what you have changed . This course is for Business Law in Canada BC so please do some research if necessary to know about BC law.
