Anti-malware program and application

this is a project to develop a program similar in feel, form and function to advanced system protector, anti-malware program and or malwarebytes [login to view URL] We are looking for someone who has CLEAN track record in producing such programs - along with updates. Note - high level of care must go into producing a transparent and clear program - with a database clear of false positives, and updates on an ongoing basis. The scanning engine must be clear, ethical like the example given above the project will include simple integration of third-party serial and activation system In your bid, please include examples and track record of programs - with url to download and test Program must work on XP/ Vista/ Windows 7 and 8 We anticipate the installer will be small - with the rest of the program downloaded upon execution of the installer (silent install)
