Making an Outfit mod for Assassin's Creed Black Flag or replace one of the outfits

I need a talented Modder to create a custom outfit mod for the video game Assassin's Creed Black Flag. The particular outfit I want is the naval mission outfit from the third installment of the game (Assassin's Creed 3) for Edward Kenway. I'm looking for someone who can create this outfit with historical accuracy while bringing some fantasy elements into the design. I only need one custom outfit created for the game. The outfit that I want is in this file.
