Indian Cuisine R&D Chef Required

I am looking for a talented, expert chef with a deep understanding of both South and North Indian cuisine. Your mission will be to focus on: - Recipe Development: Creating new recipes that represent the complex flavors and rich diversity of Indian cuisine. - Menu Creation: Designing a dynamic, appealing menu that encapsulates the unique tastes and authenticity of dishes from both regions. - Ingredient Sourcing: Finding the highest quality ingredients that provide the freshest, most flavorful end product. - SOP of Dish: Establishing standard operating procedures for dish preparation to ensure consistency. The main goal of this R&D project is to improve our existing recipes and menu items. Enhancing our current offerings and ensuring our dishes are as vibrant and flavorful as possible will be your top priority. To be successful in this role, you must have significant experience in Indian cuisine and a deep understanding of its regional variations. Familiarity with sourcing high-quality ingredients and a knack for innovation in the kitchen are also critical. The ideal candidate will have a keen palate, creative instincts, and a meticulous approach.
